This was awesomly hilarious and well animated! Nice job!
Kinda reminds of the fact that I couldn't attend the meet this year (for like the 3rd year in the row)...
God dammit...

While the animation was really well done, I think the build-up to the punch may have been a tad strechted out, especially since we all knew how it was gonna end. Doesn't make it any less funny though (especially the delivery of the star). Nice job overall, you just need to work on the pacing a bit!
It's been a very long time since I wrote a review, but this movie deserved it!
I loved the concept! Very clever idea and well executed! I actually felt sad for the man who, at first, only seemed to have a very crappy day but ended up seing the universe around him gradually disappear into thin air. The shot of his wife waving at him seemed like it was foreshadowing it all, but maybe it's just me :P
The animation was pretty awesome also, I always love it when an animator are able to break away from their usual style. There's only one shot at the end (the one where the man spins on himself) that seemed to have some clunky 3D, but that's it.
And like Luis mentioned, I would've done the whole thing silent, since the dialogue don't bring anything meaningful to the short.
Beautiful story
I cried at the end...
I'm such a pussy...
Short, random, funny
This was kinda random and a bit too short, but then again, that's probably why I liked it so much. The ending was especially funny, with the bingo joke.
By the way, is that Tom Gameson in the stipped shirt? :D
Awesome!
Awesome cinematography and 3d animation, whoever is responsible for it!
Also, this might get thrown around alot in the comments but IS THAT FUCKING PICO 2 YOU WERE PLAYING?!? RONONDPNDPINDPINIUPDNP!!!!
What just hit me?!?
What the hell was that? It felt like I've been hit by a freaking train!
This was truly insane. I don't think you can be more random than this...
"I.O.U. Background" Funny shit! :)
"freaking train"... Yeah, ASTRO-train!
Very disturbing!
Just a quick note to all the people who said that this was a copy-cat from Firth style. Shut up!
First up, Firth does great stuff, but he doesn't have the monopoly on dark freaky animations. Just like -Knox- doesn't have the monopoly on claymation.
Second, Lokken is a freakin legend on NG. I remember that the first cartoon I ever saw on the Portal was Reading Rainbow, which was pretty disturbing too...
Now, for the cartoon, it was pretty sick, but I wasn't surprised from a guy like you, since I did go through all of your Reading Rainbow series...
The graphics were excellent, the voice-acting was also and the story was randomly freaky and confusing, but in a good way! I didn't see the end coming though!
Anyway, keep up the good stuff man, and I'm happy to see you're back in action! :) You've been through a Reading Rainbow phase, a Star Trek phase, is this your David Firth phase? :P
